They are the nicest car repair shop I have ever been to.I got a leaky tire and took it for repair. After some wait my car was called out and I was asked to take a look. There was a nail on the side of the tire and the technician said they cannot fix it as it may blow out. Suggested me to take it where I got my earlier puncture plugged. They did not charge anything for this. I recommend this shop to anyone living in the area of Stokesdale, Oak Ridge or Kernersville.

I had never been here before, but woke up to a nail in my tire and it pulled up as the closest tire repair place to me. I had such a pleasant walk-in experience. They had a short wait, were informative and friendly, and patched my tire for under 30 bucks. I usually take my car to the dealer for maintenance but I've found my new mechanic location!Thanks for such great service- a rarity in this day and age!

Great vibes as soon as you walk in the door. The staff were nicely dressed in their uniforms, the waiting area and front desk were clean and clutter free. The waiting area had nice comfy chairs. Staff was quick to help. Very kind and attentive. They didn’t act bored or like they were just trying to hurry me through like many other places. They were up front and honest about work that needed to be done. Dropped my car off at 12:45 for new tires, alignment, oil change and inspection, it was done by 4. A different person helped me at pick up but he knew exactly which car was mine when I walked up to the counter. He then took the time to explain all the warranties my new tires came with. My car drove like a dream when I left. Will definitely be back!

The only complaint that I have is, I thought that when I got the call to what needed to be fixed, it was going to get fixed at that time. It did not get fixed until later. As a veteran of working in and around car repair shops, I was thoroughly impressed with the facility, the staff, and the value I received today. I had called to get tires and they delivered what I wanted and checked a couple other things. They did not try to sell you parts you did not need. I will definitely be back for other services. I highly recommend this shop but suggest that you call in advance as they were quite busy.

I HAVE BEEN TAKING MY VEHICLES TO TIRE MAX PROS IN STOKESDALE (NEXT TO HAW RIVER ROAD) FOR YEARS AND I CAN SAY THAT THIS PLACE IS RUN LIKE A PLACE YOU DON'T MIND TAKING YOU VEHICLE TO FOR SERVICE. THEY ALWAYS SEEM TO MAKE TIME FOR YOU AND WAIT TIMES ARE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. I WENT 10/13/2022 TO GET AN NC INSPECTION ON A DODGE TRUCK WITHOUT APPOINTMENT THAT OTHER PLACES REQUIRE. IT WAS DONE AS FAST AS A PIT STOP IN A NASCAR RACE ( 15 MINUTES ) . HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE BY PROFESSIONALS AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAFF VERY HELPFUL !

Everyone I have had to deal with at this TireMax location have always been pleasant and professional. When I had a family emergency March, I called them to see if I could get an oil change, tires rotated and balanced before a long road trip. As soon as I explained what was going on and why I needed my car worked on asap, they made sure they could work me in that day. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. I can not recommend this location enough. I will always be thankful for the help, as that was one less thing I had to worry about. I have taken my vehicles here since they opened and I will continue to do so. They have a customer for life with my family. It is hard to find good and caring service nowadays. I highly recommend this location.

This Tire Max location is the best! After communicating with the Chevy dealership several times about things that had been missed during simple oil change/tire rotation appointments, I finally decided to call it quits with them and I’m glad I did. I had a minor tire issue and called this Tire Max. Jason was so nice and able to get me in that day. Not only did he personally fix my tire but he also educated me at the same time, which I so appreciated. When I was due for my next oil change/tire rotation, I decided to take my truck back to Tire Max. They welcomed me when I walked in, took no time to change the oil & rotate the tires, and thanked me for coming in. I’ve found my new place for vehicle maintenance and my fiancé said he’ll be taking his car here from now on too!

Had a tire that was going flat and I had to be somewhere. I stopped in thinking they wouldn't have time to fix my tire, but I could get enough air to get where I was going.I couldn't help but notice they had about 15 or 20 work orders laying there on the counter, ahead of me. I am real good at deep sighs, but I asked anyway. Thank goodness I did.I walked out fifteen or so minutes later with a repaired time.That was my first time there. I bring all three of my vehicles to Tire Max in Stokesdale, and I'm always treated well and priced fairly.I recently had them work on an air conditioning and when it apparently had another leak a few months later, they charged me nothing to recharge it and inspect it. I had a tire go flat on me and took it to Tire Max to be repaired. I was told it could not be repaired and a new tire would have to be ordered. The next day when I went to pick the tire up, I was told they were actually able to repair the tire and save me about $100. They could have simply put a new tire on the rim and charged me for it but instead they did all they could to save me some money. I was very happy with my experience and everyone I interacted with there was supper nice and accommodating. I was very pleased with my experience with Tire Max.

When Tire Max 1st came into the neighborhood, I was skeptical. I figured they would be like so many others. They clearly are not.I was welcomed, they do the work right, provide you with options, and have always been pleasant to deal with and have NEVER ripped me off.I was once provided with a quick check of something I thought was wrong, it was not and they did not charge me for it. Saying that it only took a minute to figure out.It is small efforts like that coupled with the good work they have done that make the Stokesdale Tire Max a wonderful part of this community.I always recommend Tire Max whenever someone has a need for service! They cross-threaded a lug nut in the process of installing a tire. They took complete responsibility that required removing the hub and bearings to insert a new stud, this several hours of labor. Mechanical mistakes happen, however Tire Max of Stokesdale are honest enough to admit to such. A very safe place to do business.

I took my wifes car to the location in Stokesdale for tires. They helped me compare options and pick exactly what i wanted. I price shopped 4 other places and couldnt get any cheaper(one was $6 cheaper 20 miles away). Most important, the price on every option was the final price for 4 tires. No surprise add ons. I dropped it off at my appointment time the very next day and it was ready to pick up 50 minutes later. It was so easy and painless i left my truck for new tires when i picked up the car. I dont usually take time to rate a business, but they made a typically stressful experience a positive one. I highly recommend Tiremax, or at least, Jason at the stokesdale location.

This shop does good work. My issue is having an appointment means nothing even when it's immediately when they open. Was at the door when they opened for my appointment and my car was passed up by several others that just showed up and mine didn't go back for over an hour. On Oct.20, 2021 I had an appointment to get my Chevy Pickup an oil change and a NCMV Inspection. I also requested to have the four wheel drive switch looked at because I was unable to get the truck into 4 wheel drive. I was told they were unable to test it that day and I made another apt. for the following week. The manager also gave me a writen estimate for parts and labor to replace the part that was more than likely causing the problem. The cost was over $500. When I returned the following week they ran a test on the 4 wheel drive switch and found it to be OK. They explained the proper way to switch it into four wheel drive and there was no charge. Needless to say I will only go there for any repair in the future. Thanks for the thorough and honest service you showed me.

Have known Max for many years, but only started using them after the Stokesdale shop was opened a few years ago. They service all our families vehicles. While they may not be the cheapest, they re quality jobs make them worth every penny. Always straight up with customers. I have purchased tires for all three of my vehicles here and I have my vehicles serviced here, both routine maintenance and needed repairs. I have found them to be honest, polite and good mechanics. They have indicated when repairs can wait, and when something needs to be done immediately. I have never felt that they are looking to make unnecessary repairs. Every now and then wait times can be a little long during busy times, but I will gladly accept that in exchange for not feeling like I'm being taken to the cleaners.
