Justin is the man. I had a flat and no time to wait for it he took my name number and keys called me in less than an hour to let me know it was ready all while having bays full and like 4 people in the lobby.Customer service is on point. I feel the pricing compared to a firestone or a national tire and battery is great.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change/basic maintenance. I had selected this location as I wanted to find long-term service for my vehicle and the reviews were fantastic for this company. Was looking for a smaller and local shop to service my car.Scheduled a service but I messed up times and showed up late - they were still able to help and service my car right away. They were very fast and took the extra time to explain what needs to be serviced in the future and why, prioritized the list, and gave me a cost estimate of labor and parts. Had a tire issue on my way home from work, after inspecting the tire, a screw was found in the tire, they immediately plugged the tire and the issue was resolved. Justin and this shop are amazing! I called them in a pinch and they offered me a next day appointment as well as offered a temporary fix in the moment to hold my tire over. My tire was leaking air from a temporary plug. The next day, I come the appointment and in minutes they told me the problem! They willing pulled me in as a new customer and got me and my car together within the hour of my lunch break. Along with that, Justin is kind and thoughtful! I can’t say enough how grateful I am that Justin picked up the phone!

I found these guys a year or so ago and since then I refuse to take any of my cars anywhere else. I am always treated with respect and as a valued customer. My car would not start. I had ignition problems. I called several companies. All of them told me it would be 1 week before they could get me in. I called you guys. The appointment was set for the next day. I brought my car at 1:30 pm. My car was fixed at 4:50pm. I did not mention the great hospitality also. Nowadays good customer service is rare, but customer service that is so amazing you can't help but get in the car and sit for a minute and just smile is unheard-of. It was so refreshing and my car went from scary to riding like a dream. These guys have excellent communication and make things happen quickly and thoroughly! They didn't BS me with trying to upsale. And they even helped me find a payment process I could work with! They came highly recommended by other mechanics that use them, and now I know why! Appreciate you guys! The 2 guys up front had more customer service in Thier pinky nails then anyone I have dealt with in a really long time! I'd give more stars if I could.

James treated me well and went way beyond my expectations. He did everything to make a difficult situation stress-free, including lending me an air compressor to keep air in my damaged tire until the following day. The mechanics did a great job and showed me the torque spec they used to properly tighten the lug nuts. I highly recommend this place. Couldn’t have been a better experience.

Put a tube in my lawnmower tire for a reasonable price and then as I was leaving I heard a loud noise coming from my brakes. Tire Max put my car on the lift, took off my tires, cleaned my brakes and for no cost.

I was in town with my husband for work and our light came on. We googled the closest place to us, since we were on the beltway and it was Tire Max. They helped us out tremendously. Our oil cap was bad and all our engine oil leaked out. It could have ended up worse, but thanks to Tire Max we were out of there within an hour.

I will definitely be back. Got a great set of BFGoodrich tires for my 2006 Explorer. Rear end was making a loud clanking noise and I had them check that out as well. They replaced my tie rods back there and it sounds like new. So new tires, sway bars replaced, alignment done, and excellent professional service. Justin and his team there were top notch.I'll definitely be back for all my car needs. They have payment plans as well if that fits your budget. I know I had to use it... tires are pricey! Either way, excellent service, attention to detail, a no pressure environment.... couldn't as for anything more.As I said before, I will definitely be back to this location.

We recently purchased tires for our Mini Cooper from Tire Max. They had the best deal around for what we were looking for. They were extremely professional and took great care of our car. We also had the oil changed and wipers replaced. They will continue be the place that we take our vehicles to for repairs, oil changes and tires. You can't go wrong with Tony and his team there.
